Building Permit Application/Forms

Notice to Contractors, Permit Applicants, Effective immediately:

 

  1. All permit applications must be complete, including notarized signature and alternate key,  

    available at the Citrus County Property Appraiser’s Website:  http://www.citruspa.org/_DNN/

  2. Permits are valid for 180 days from the date of filing unless such application has been pursued in good faith or a permit has been issued.   You must apply for an extension in writing; the fee is $50.00.   

  3. All construction, site, and drawing plans must be prepared at the same scale and must be printed between 11” x 17” and 36” x 48”.   You must submit four (4) copies of the plans, 3 hard-copy prints and 1 electronic print.  
  4. Building Inspection Requests must include, at a minimum, inspection needed, permit number, address, contractor, contact, and phone number.
